Millsaps College and the Else School of Management have a long tradition of supreme academic quality. The faculty, students, and curricula of our programs all reflect that quality.
Millsaps' business programs are accredited by AACSB International - the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. This accreditation places Millsaps in the top 30% of business programs nationally, and Millsaps is the only private school in Mississippi with this designation. Institutions that earn accreditation confirm a commitment to quality through a rigorous and comprehensive peer review.
One primary component of a Millsaps education is close interaction with faculty. Students are instructed and mentored by bright, caring professionals whose first love is teaching. All of our faculty are academically or professionally qualified and current in their fields of expertise. Small classes - the average Else School class is around 20 students - facilitate student participation and interaction with professors and fellow students.
Our programs feature small classes, innovative curricula, and an outstanding faculty that is easily accessible to students. Students in these programs acquire the knowledge and skills required to be successful in any field they choose to pursue. Furthermore, as many students have discovered, a Millsaps experience will change your life. I have talked to many business leaders, and they consistently tell me the same thing: Millsaps graduates are different. The Millsaps grads have insightful perspectives and creative ways of solving problems that set them aside from most graduates.
