SCHEDULE
Millsaps College's Great Topics Seminar for the Spring Semester, 2012, will begin January 13-14, with a retreat on campus. Thereafter, weekly meetings will be held on Thursdays in the Engel Room of the Millsaps-Wilson Library on the Millsaps College campus, January 19 - April 26, skipping Thursday, March 15, 2012, which is Spring Break week. Each session will begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at 1:00 p.m. Coffee and snacks will be available during each class.
COST
The fee for participating in this seminar is $800. Due to this special pricing of the Great Topics Seminars, no discounts can be made in the tuition. This course is an academic offering of the College and carries four hours of graduate credit. As such, there are rigorous requirements of reading and writing during the semester. There is also the option of taking the course as a non-credit offering; please note that reading and reflection paper assignments will be the same but a major research paper will not be required for those auditing the course.
